Information about the host Experience peace and relaxation at "Duinnest," a cozy holiday home for up to 4 guests, nestled between two meadows near the dunes, the beach, and in the heart of the Bollenstreek. This modern house (approx. 52 m², 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) is located in a well-maintained holiday park near Noordwijkerhout. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine. The fenced, spacious garden with a private grill offers plenty of privacy. The park features large plots, tennis courts, table tennis, a basketball court, two restaurants, and various play areas for children. Parking and an e-charging station are available. You can conveniently explore the area with bikes from the on-site rental service. At the nearby Oosterduinse Meer with its bathing beach, you can swim; the sea is just a few minutes away by bike or car. Two golf courses, a glider airfield, and a riding stable are also nearby. Noordwijkerhout is a charming village with restaurants and shops around the "Witte Kerk." In neighboring Noordwijk, you'll find many beach pavilions and entertainment options. In spring, the blooming tulip fields and the famous Keukenhof, easily reached by bike, are highlights. The cities of Haarlem, Amsterdam, Leiden, and The Hague are all within easy reach for day trips. Please note: The house may only be rented for tourist purposes and is not available to groups of guests under 25 years old. Events are not permitted on the property. Differing cancellation conditions The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. Tourist tax information Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. You will be billed for this separately and must be paid before arrival. Important payment information and other conditions Please note that most countries and / or territories have COVID-19 measures in place. We recommend that you take this into account when booking your vacation home, as a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge. A deposit 30% of the tour price is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 30 days before arrival. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax is obligatory to pay after booking. A deposit of 200 EUR is payable before arrival.
